探讨彩色多普勒超声对心脏肿瘤的诊断价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断心脏肿瘤的临床价值。方法:在成人及小儿心脏检查时多切面仔细现察心室腔和心包腔内有无肿块及检测肿块所致的血流梗阻和病理变化。结果:超声诊断心脏肿瘤34例,30例经手术证实,4例经CT、MRI及穿刺活检证实。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图是诊断心脏肿瘤的最可靠方法,对于肿瘤定位,评估继发性病理改变具有重要价值。

Objective： to explore the clinical value of colour Doppler ultrasound Heartbeat diagram in diagnosis of cardiac turnouts. Methods： in the adult and children heart examination, carefully observing whether ventricular cavity and pericardial cavity has tumours and also observing the blood flow obstruction and pathological changes caused by mass detection. Results： Among 34 cases of tumour ultrasound diagnosis of heart, 30 cases were confirmed by operation, 4 cases by CT, MRI and biopsy. Conclusion： colour Doppler ultrasound Heartbeat diagram is the most reliable method in the diagnosis of cardiac turnouts, and has significant value in locating the turnout and evaluating the secondary pathological change.
