颅脑外伤术后患者重症监护室护理的重点分析

目的:通过分析我院重症监护室近年来收治的98例颅脑外伤术后患者的护理过程,分析护理重点。方法:选取我院重症监护室在2012年1月至2014年1月,两年内收治的颅脑外伤术后患者98例,进行护理病历分析,并结合相关文献,总结护理重点,以求为颅脑外伤术后患者提供更优质的护理服务。结果:98例颅脑外伤术后患者经重症监护室的治疗及护理,有76例患者转入普通病房,经后续治疗后出院。其余22例患者因严重并发症,急性脏器衰竭等原因死亡,对患者的护理重点要避免压疮,预防呼吸机相关性感染,控制烦躁患者等,以减少并发症的发生,提高患者生存率。结论:给予颅脑外伤术后患者重症监护室护理时要严格遵守操作规范,保持高度的职业敏感性,监测患者生命体征,早发现早上报,进行相关并发症的积极治疗,减少严重并发症的发生,改善患者预后。

Objective： To analyze our hospital ICU nursing process in recent years, 98 cases were postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury, the analysis focused care. Methods： Our hospital intensive care unit in January 2012 -2014 January, postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to 98 cases within two years, nursing medical analysis, and related literature, summarized the focus of care, in order to provide for neurosurgical patients better quality of care. Results： 98 cases of postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury intensive care unit treatment and care, there are 76 cases of patients transferred to a general ward, follow-up treatment after discharge. The remaining 22 patients because of serious complications, acute organ failure and other causes of death, focus on patient care to avoid pressure sores, prevention of ventilator-associated infections, irritability control patients, in order to reduce complications and improve patient survival.Conclusion： Give postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury should strictly abide by when nursing practices, maintain a high degree of occupational sensitivity, monitoring vital signs of patients, early detection morning newspaper, active treatment-related complications,reduce the incidence of serious complications, improve prognosis.
