空巢老人急诊就诊需求与对策

目的:调查和分析空巢老人急诊就诊时的心理状况及需求,为提供患者多元化的整体护理提供依据。方法:对急诊科60岁以上的300位空巢老人采取随机抽样调查法进行问卷调查。结果:被调查的空巢老人中均具有多方面、不同程度的负性情绪,有些人还相当严重,同时急诊就诊时需求也是复杂多样化。结论:为空巢老人进行及时准确的有效评估、提供科学有效的服务、建立和开展合适就诊方式,开通绿色诊疗通道,消除负性情绪,满足合理需求,从而提高了空巢老人的生活质量,同时也提升了医院的医疗护理服务水平。
