女性乳腺疾病患者检测血清PSA水平的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)在女性乳腺疾病中的诊断价值和预后评估价值。方法:采用电化学发光测定法(ECL)检测47例乳腺癌患者、34例乳腺增生患者和30例正常女性对照组的血清PSA水平。结果:在所有女性血清中均有一定的浓度的PSA水平表达且随着疾病恶性程度的升高其值可明显增高;而在乳腺癌患者中,血清PSA水平与临床分期呈明显的负相关。结论:检测PSA水平在女性乳腺疾病的诊断和预后评估中具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective: To study the diagnostic and prognostic value of concentration of PSA in serum of the breast disease. Methods: To detect the concentration of serum PSA in 47 patients with breast cancer, 34 women with Benign Disease and 30 healthy women by electrochemiluminescence(ECL). Result: There were different concentrations of PSA in serum of all women and the more serious the disease ,the higher the value; in the patients with breast cancerz there were negative correlation between the concentration of serum PSA and clinic stage. Conclusion: Examining the concentration of PSA in serum will be important value in the diagnosis and prognosis of the breast cancer.
