Analysis and countermeasures of nursing unsafe factors in Fever Clinic

目的:查找发热门诊护理不安全因素,制定护理对策,提高医疗护理质量。方法:分析解放军总医院发热疾病科护理安全因素。结果:改善环境、提高设施建设、加强人力物力配备、完善规章制度、实施标准化管理,可减少发热门诊护理的不安全因素。结论:减少和消除发热门诊护理不安全因素,提升了护理服务水平和患者的满意度。

Objective：To find unsafe factors in fever clinic and establish the corresponding nursing countermeasures, raise the quality of medical care. Methods： To analyze the safe factors in Fever-Related Diseases Department of PLA General Hospital. Results：Unsafe factors in fever clinic were decreased by good environment, improvement facilities improvement,more nurses, completed rules and regulations, standardized management.Conclusion：The levels of nursing service and patient satisfaction increase by reducing and eliminating unsafe factors in fever clinic.
