联合用药治疗妊娠高血压疾病102例临床疗效观察

目的:探讨联合使用硫酸镁、酚妥拉明治疗妊娠高血压疾病的临床疗效,为临床用药提供资料。方法:通过上网检查,查阅国内中文医药期刊对102例妊娠高血压疾病患者进行观察、分析,随机分为试验组和对照组通过联合用药方法达到疗效。结果:联合用药降压快,可减少硫酸镁用量,防止大量硫酸镁引起的中毒,提高终止妊娠的安全性。结论:联合用药疗效显著,副作用小。

Objective： To investigate the combined use of Magnesium sulfate,phentolamine treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, to provide information for clinical use. Method： through the Internet, access to domesticChinesemedical journals in 102 cases of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were observed and analyzed, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by combination method to achieveeffect. Results： the combination antihypertansive therapy, can reduce theMagnesium sulfate dosage, avoid a lot Magnesium sulfate poisoning, bear thehigh security of pregnancy termination. Conclusion： the combined treatmenthas obvious curative effect, little side effect.
