TCD监测脑高灌注综合征 被引量:5

摘要 脑高灌注综合征(Cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome,CHS)常发生于颈动脉内膜切除术(carotid endarterectomy,CEA)后或颈动脉支架置入术(carotid artery stenting,CAS)后,系由原先低灌注区脑血流量(cerebral blood flow,CBF)显著增加超过脑组织代谢需要而引起的一种严重并发症。其临床症状多样,以意识水平下降、意识内容改变,头痛和癫痫、局灶性发作最为常见。如果不及时救治,一旦发生脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血,致残率和死亡率较高。因此,患者发生CHS的高灌注状态的监测非常重要。而TCD是目前应用监测或评估CHS最常用的检查技术。
