牛黄解毒散辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎58例临床疗效观察

目的:研究牛黄解毒散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:将116例患儿随机分为2组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组58例给予口腔疱疹处涂抹牛黄解毒散。观察治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为87.93%,且疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),均无副作用。结论:局部涂抹牛黄解毒散有助于疱疹性咽峡炎的愈合,疗效确切、值得推广。

Objective： To research the curative effect of Niuhuang Jiedu dropping powder in the treatment of infantile herpangina. Method： 116 cases were randomly divided into treated group and controlled group. Both of the treated group and controlled group were given conventional treatment. The treated group was given Niuhuang Jiedu dropping powder in the herpes at the same time. The clinical curative effect was observed. Result： The total effective rate of the treated group was 87.93%. The totale effective rates in t^eatment group was significantly higher thanthatin controlled group （P〈0.05） andno side effect. Conclusion： The curative effect is assured in the treatment ofinfantileherpanginatolocalgive aNiuhuang Jiedu dropping powder.
