摘要
噬血细胞综合征是一种单核巨噬细胞系统的反应性增生性疾病,临床少见,主要表现为高热、肝脾肿大、全血细胞减少和凝血功能障碍等。病情常发展迅速,若不及时诊断及治疗则预后很差。本文报道诊断及时且疗效好的1例病毒相关性噬血细胞综合征。
Hemophagocytic syndromes（HPS） is a kind of reactive hyperplastic diseases in mononuclear macrophage system.It is rarely in clinical.It mainly characterized by high fever, hepatosplenomegaly, complete blood reduced and blood coagulation dysfunction etc. This disease often has developed rapidly and the prognosis is poor if not timely diagnosis and treatment. This article reports a case of HPS with timely diagnosis and good curative effect.
