柔性化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用

目的:探讨柔性化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用。方法:更新护理管理理论,在实施临床护理、护理人员培训、护理质量检查、病房护理管理等方面,采用柔性化护理管理模式,对我科护理进行管理。结果:通过应用柔性化管理,护理质量、护理服务提升,充分调动护士的积极性和主观能动性,表扬信锦旗增加,投诉减少。结论:柔性化管理适应新形势下患儿家长需求的变化和护理服务内涵,有利于减轻护士压力,避免人才流失,稳定儿科护理队伍。

Objective： To explore the flexible management in pediatric nursing management. Methods： To chang nursing management theory, in the implementation of clinical care, nurses training, checking the quality of care, ward nursing management, the use of flexible care management in our department. Results： Through the application of flexible management, quality of care enhance, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the nurses and initiative, testimonials pennants increase, decrease complaints. Conclusion： Adapt to change and care management service content needs of parents of children under the new situation, the flexible management will help the nurses reduce stress and avoid talented person drain, stable pediatric care team.
