腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术的围手术期护理

目的:探讨腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术的围手术期护理要点,提高护理效果。方法:对6例腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术的患者实施综合的护理措施。结果:经过给予综合及对应的护理措施及膀胱功能训练的指导,所有患者均顺利出院。结论:术前做好准备,术后做好各项护理,早期行膀胱功能训练,可取得满意的治疗和护理效果。

objective： to explore the perioperative nursing points of the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy bladder cancer, and improve the effect of nursing care. Methods： 6 cases of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy bladder cancer patients with implementation of the comprehensive nursing measures. Results： after giving comprehensive and corresponding nursing measures and the guidance of the bladder function training, all patients were discharged smoothly. Conclusion： preoperative preparation, to complete each nursing, postoperative early bladder fimction training, can obtain satisfactory result of treatment and care.
