提高急诊科护士应急能力方法的探讨

目的:探讨提高急诊科护士抢救应急能力的方法,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法:进行针对性的培训前后,通过自制试卷和考题对黄冈市中医院急诊科全体护士进行急诊专科理论知识和急救技能操作的考核,并通过自制问卷调查该院急诊科医生对护士护理工作满意度,将两次考核结果和满意度进行实验前后的对照分析。结果:通过针对性的系统培训后,黄冈市急诊科全体护士急诊专科理论知识考核合格率由60.00%提高到86.67‰急救技能操作考核合格率由46.67%提高到93.33%,该院急诊科医生对护士护理工作满意度由56%提高到90.33%,从而反映急诊护士抢救应急能力得到了提高。结论:规范化管理,系统性、针对性学习。加强实践可提高急诊科护士抢救应急能力、提高护理工作质量、减少护患纠纷以及保证护理安全。

Object： To explore method to improve the emergency department nurses rescue ability of emergency, provide theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods： Targeted training before and after, through the self-made test and examination questions of Huang Gangshi hospital emergency department all the nurse in the emergency department specialized theoretical knowledge and first aid skills assessment of the operation, and through the self-made questionnaire at the hospital emergency department doctor to nurses job satisfaction, the two examination results and the degree of satisfaction analysis contrast before and after the experiment. Result： Through targeted system after the training, Huang Gangshi emergency department all the nurse specialist emergency theories inspection qualified rate from 60.00% to 60.00%, first aid skill operation inspection qualified rate from 46.67% to 46.67%, doctors in the hospital emergency department nurses job satisfaction from 56% to 90.33%, which reflects the emergency nurses rescue emergency ability is also improved.Conclusion： Standardized management, systematic, targeted learning, strengthen practice can improve the ability of emergency department nurses rescue emergency, improve the quality of nursing work, reduce the dispute of nurses and patients, guarantee nursing safety.
