Miccoli甲状腺手术与传统甲状腺手术的临床对比分析

Clinical analysis of Miccoli's thyroid operation and traditional thyroid operation

目的:比较Miccoli甲状腺手术及传统开放甲状腺手术的疗效。方法:对35例采用Miccoli术式及40例采用传统甲状腺手术做比较,分析手术时间、术中失血量、术后并发症、切口长度及病人满意度。结果:手术时间Miccoli组为(87.04±19.52)min,传统组为(70.15±15.45)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中平均失血量Miccoli组为(10.75±5.45)ml,传统组为(46.54±12.28)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。切口长度Miccoli组为(22±5.5)mm,传统组为(55±6.5)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月切口满意度VAS评分Miccoli组7.0±1.5,传统组2.0±1.2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统开放手术相比,Miccoli甲状腺手术具有微创美容的效果,且安全有效。

Objective： To compare the therapeutic effect of Miccoli＇s thyroid operation and traditional open thyroid operation. Methods： 35 cases of Miccoli＇s and 40 cases by traditional thyroid operation were performed for comparison,analysis theoperation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,length of incisionand patient satisfaction. Results： Operation time of Miccoli＇s group was（ 87. 04 ± 19. 52） min,the traditional group was（ 70. 15 ± 15. 45） min,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The average blood loss intraoperative of Miccoli＇s group was（ 10. 75 ± 5. 45） ml,the traditional group was（ 46. 54 ± 12. 28） ml,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Length of incision was（ 22 ± 5. 5） mm in Miccoli＇s group and（ 55 ± 6. 5） mm in the traditional group,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. The VAS score of incision satisfaction was 7 ± 1. 5 in Miccoli＇s group and 2 ± 1. 2 in the traditional group,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Compared with traditional operation,Miccoli＇s thyroid operation is minimally invasive and havecosmetic effect. It is safe and effective.
