动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后早期脑损伤的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血是一种高病死率和高致残率的疾病,早期脑损伤是指动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后72 h内大脑的直接损伤,以及继发的病理生理改变。最近研究认为,早期脑损伤可能是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者高病死率和高致残率的首要因素。早期脑损伤的发病机制是一系列复杂的病理生理变化,主要包括全脑缺血、血脑屏障破坏、炎症反应和细胞凋亡等。在本文中作者主要针对近年来学者在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后早期脑损伤机制及相关保护机制的研究进展作一综述。
