Integrating into the New Structure,Deducting the New Logic,Exploring the New Route——On New Thoughts of Building the Ideological and Political Theory Curriculum

高校思想政治理论课是马克思主义理论教育和思想政治教育的主阵地、主课堂、主渠道,事关掌握党在意识形态领域的领导权和话语权,事关培养中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。重点建设高校思想政治理论课的要旨,在于实现一系列"转化"的逻辑递嬗,即把马克思主义的科学理论体系转化为高校思想政治理论课的课程设置体系,把课程设置体系转化为课堂教学和实践教学体系,把课堂教学和实践教学体系转化为大学生思想道德素养、政治理论素养和综合素养建设体系,进而转化为大学生理想信念体系和践行体系。当前和今后一个时期,高校思想政治理论课建设的关键,在于贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》的精神,确保思想政治理论课在高校教学体系中的重点建设地位,全面深化高校思想政治理论课建设综合改革,建设好教师队伍,把教材编写好、修订好、使用好,把课讲好。从这个意义上说,高校思想政治理论课建设任重而道远。

The ideological and political theory curriculum is the main front,main class and main channel for Marxism theory education and the ideological and political education,involving the party’s leadership and discourse power in ideological field,as well as bringing up builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The key issue of building the ideological and political theory curriculum lies in gradually achieving a series of logical evolution:the evolution from the scientific sys-tem of Marxism theory to the system of ideological and political theory curriculum,the evolution from curriculum system to classroom teaching system and practical teaching system,the evolution from class-room teaching system and practical teaching system to the construction system of university students’ ideological and political quality and comprehensive quality,and then to the system of their ideal,belief and action. In current period and aftertime,the key point of building the ideological and political theo-ry curriculum is to implement The Agreement about Further Strengthening and Improving Publicity Ide-ology Work under New Situation issued by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council,ensure the vital status of ideological and political theory curriculum in university teaching system,fully deepen the reform of ideological and political theory curriculum,develop good faculty team,satisfactorily fin-ish editing and revising textbooks,make good use of them,and do well in teaching. In this sense,building the ideological and political theory curriculum is long and arduous but promising.
