As the main body of the market,what and how private colleges and universities do must be influenced by price regulation. Charging system about private education controlled by administrative power is both the guiding price of superior private education and the protective price of inferior private education. The less control the government put on private education price,the greater autonomy in running school the private colleges and universities have. At the same time,the market put forward higher requirements for education quality of private colleges and universities. Under the new situation,strengthening the conno-tation improvement and focusing on innovation are the inevitable choice for the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities.
