摘要 潘懋元教育哲学深得中国传统文化精髓,深谙中国现当代思想与教育需求,理性汲取西方主要教育哲学精华,将不同渊源的文化思想有机融合,彰显出独特神韵。潘懋元集教师、管理者、研究者三种角色于一身,融实践理性思维、规范理性思维、分析理性思维于一炉,兼采儒家中庸之道,铸就了其教育哲学理论和实践的双重品行。在当下全球化时代,潘懋元教育哲学为我们反思如何应对西方文化价值观,怎样以中国文化价值为根基有机融合不同源流的思想,生成中国特色教育哲学提供了成功范例。 Pan Maoyuan’s philosophy of education has deeply absorbed essence of Chinese traditional culture. Versed in Modern Chinese thinking and familiar with education needs,he has learned the essence of the Western philosophies of education rationally. He managed to organically integrate cultural ideas about education from different roots together.,which shows unique charm. Pan Maoyuan is a teacher,an educational leader,and a researcher at the same time. He has merged practice rational thinking,normative way of thinking,and analytic way of thinking into one together with the doctrine of the Golden Mean to shape both the theory and practice qualities of his philosophy of education and practice. With globalization today,Pan Maoyuan’s philosophy of education set a successful example for our reflection about how to react to Western cultural values,how to organically integrate ways of thinking from different sources with Chinese culture and values as root for the creation of philosophy of education with distinct Chinese characteristics.
