丝裂霉素联合典必殊眼膏辅助KTP激光泪道成形术治疗阻塞性泪道的疗效

Curative Efficacy of Mitomycin C Combined with TobraDex Ophthalmic Ointment in KTP Laser-Assisted Dacryocystorhinostomy for Lacrimal Duct Obstruction

目的探讨丝裂霉素联合典必殊眼膏辅助KTP激光泪道成形术治疗阻塞性泪道的临床疗效。方法将218例阻塞性泪道疾病患者(共218眼)按治疗方法不同分为3组:A组100例采用丝裂霉素联合典必殊眼膏辅助KTP激光泪道成形术治疗,B组88例采用丝裂霉素辅助KTP激光泪道成形术治疗,C组30例采用KTP激光泪道成形术治疗。比较3组的临床疗效。结果术后随访均在6个月以上。A组治愈82眼、有效7眼、无效11眼,总有效率89.0%(89/100);B组治愈60眼、有效9眼、无效19眼,总有效率78.4%(69/88);C组治愈14眼、有效7眼、无效9眼,总有效率70.0%(21/30)。A组总有效率显著高于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论丝裂霉素C联合典必殊眼膏可提高KTP激光泪道成形术的远期有效率。

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mitomycin C(MMC)combined To-braDex ophthalmic ointment(TDO)in KTP laser-assisted dacryocystoplasty(LDCL)for lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A total of 218 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction(218 eyes)were divided into three groups.The group A(n= 100)was treated with MMC,TDO and LDCL.The group B(n=88)was treated with MMC and LDCL.The group C(n=30)was treated with LDCL alone.Clinical efficacy was compared among the three groups.Results All patients were followed up for more than 6 months.In group A,82 patients were cured,7 patients had improvement,and 11 patients underwent ineffective treatment.In group B,60 patients were cured,9 patients had im-provement,and 19 patients underwent ineffective treatment.In group C,14 patients were cured,7 patients had improvement,and 9 patients underwent ineffective treatment.The total effective rate in group A(89.0%,89/100)was significantly higher than that in group B(78.4%,69/88)and group C(70.0%,21/30)(P <0.05).Conclusion The MMC combined with TDO can improve the long-term effect of LDCL in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.
