摘要
[目的]探讨中医饮食干预对改善终末期肝癌病人营养不良状况的效果。[方法]将120例病人按随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组病人积极给予肠内肠外营养干预,治疗组病人在此基础上给予中医饮食干预,比较两组病人营养状况、实验室检查、肝功能状况和并发症发生情况。[结果]干预后治疗组的营养不良比例、丙氨酸氨基转移酶值与天门冬酸氨基转移酶值、并发症总体发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),NRS2002评分、血清前清蛋白与血清清蛋白值高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医饮食干预能有效改善终末期肝癌病人的营养状况,促进肝功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To probe into the effect of TCM dietary intervention for improving malnutrition in patients with end-stage liver cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients were divided into treatment group and control group based on random draw principle,60 cases in each.The patients in control group were given parenteral nutrition intervention positively,besides that the patients in intervention group were given TCM dietary intervention,then to compare the nutritional status,laboratory examination,liver function and the occurrence of complications patients between both groups.Results:Malnutrition proportion,serum glutamic acid transaminase value and the overall incidence of complications in intervention group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05);NRS2002score,serum prealbumin and serum albumin values were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM dietary intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with end-stage of liver cancer,promote liver function recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
