增设虚拟靶点控制水平井井眼轨道设计技术 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,大庆油田越来越多地应用水平井技术开发薄差油藏,这些油藏的储层最薄处只有0.6 m。开发过程中为了增大泄油面积,设计的水平段都比较长,在进行井眼轨道设计时,常规单圆弧或双圆弧模型联接起来的轨道会上偏或下偏,偏离出地质开发方案给出的靶窗范围,造成有效水平段的损失。为了满足地质对设计轨道的要求,需要在水平井轨道设计时人为增设1个或多个虚拟靶点,并通过微调对应井段的造斜率,实现对井眼设计轨道的控制,达到设计的井眼轨道在油层内穿过的目的,不仅降低了现场施工过程中边钻边找油层的难度,而且提高了储层的钻遇率,很好地满足了油藏开发方案对钻井工程的要求。 In recent years, Daqing oilfield applies horizontal well technology to develop poor thin oil reservoir more and more,the thinnest place of the oil-layers of the reservoir is only 0.6 m, in order to increase the drainage area the development process, thedesign length of horizontal section is long, in the face of such situation, when carries on the borehole trajectory design, According tothe conventional single or double circular arc model linked trajectory will upward bias or downward bias, deviate from the geologicaldevelopment program gives the scope of the target window, resulting in loss of effective horizontal section.In order to meet therequirements of geology for orbit design, need to be in the horizontal well track design artificially add one or more virtual targets, andby fine-tuning the slope of the corresponding section, realizing the control of the borehole design track, meet the purpose of designedborehole trajectory within the reservoir. Not only reduces the construction difficulty of drilling while looking for oil-layer, and increasethe rate of the drill in the reservoir, well meet the requirements of the reservoir development scheme for drilling engineering.
