初级诊疗中青年人慢性腹泻的检查
Investigating young adults with chronic diarrhoea in primary care
摘要
一位既往体健的25岁男性就诊于全科医生，诉痉挛性腹痛、腹胀、腹泻6个月，排稀便6次／日，排便有急迫感但无便失禁。临床查体有下腹部轻压痛，肛诊正常。下一步做什么检查？慢性腹泻定义为每日排稀便大于3次，持续至少4周。每个患者对于腹泻的概念可能明显不同，有必要加以澄清——如便失禁常被误认为足腹泻。肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种功能性疾病，是慢性腹泻最常见的病因。
