脑卒中患者护理过程中照顾者产生心理压力的社会心理教育效果评价 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解社会心理干预对护理脑卒中患者的照顾者生理、心理状况及生活质量的改善情况。方法检索中英文电子数据库,对已发表文献中对脑卒中照顾者社会心理教育各种方式的实施结果进行统计学分析,由2名研究者对文献进行筛选、评估及数据提取,对符合筛选条件随机对照试验的结果进行合并分析。结果共纳入11项随机对照研究,主要临床研究终点为照顾者的负担、抑郁焦虑程度,次要临床研究终点包括照顾者的躯体健康、家庭功能、生活质量。临床研究质量整体不高,存在较大的异质性,且部分研究数据不足。结论合并证据证实心理教育或联合问题解决和压力应对训练能够降低照顾者的负担和抑郁焦虑程度,轻微改善照顾者的家庭功能,尽管没有显著性差异。
