A case of cutaneous plasmacytosis

摘要 报告1例皮肤浆细胞增生症。患者女,47岁。皮损主要表现为累及面部的红斑、斑块、结节、水疱及糜烂,病程2年。外周血Ig G和Ig A升高。皮损组织病理检查示真皮全层以成熟浆细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润。免疫组化示浸润的浆细胞CD79a、CD138、CD20、κ和λ轻链均阳性。诊断:皮肤浆细胞增生症。 A case of cutaneous plasmacytosis is reported. A 47 -year -old female presented with erythemas, plaques, nodules, blisters and erosion on her face for 2 years. The serum levels of IgG and IgA were higher than normal. Histopathological examination showed inflammatory cell infiltration, mainly mature plasma cells, in the dermis. Immunohistochemistry dis- played positive staining for CD79a, CD138, CD20, K and λ chain. The final diagnosis was cutaneous plasmacytosis.
