摘要
患儿女，10d。因发现全身水疱、糜烂1周入院，患儿自出生后头部、躯干、四肢末端即可见水疱和大片糜烂面，以四肢仲侧为主，糜烂面上结黑痂，伴有异味，部分创面红润，创面愈合脱痂，但又有新发皮损出现。患儿在某福利院门前被发现，全身水疱、糜烂1周，因全身水疱、糜烂、结痂在当地医院接受诊治．
