摘要
作物杂交种的纯度鉴定是实现植物新品种保护及种子商品化生产的关键技术环节,对农业生产的经济效益和社会效益具有重要影响。本文全面的归纳了近年来DNA分子标记技术在作物杂交种纯度鉴定中应用,并具体分析了RAPD、SSR、AFLP、SARP、In Del和SNP等分子标记技术在杂交种纯度鉴定中的特点,显示其在作物杂交种的纯度检测上的广阔应用前景。
Id entification purity of crop hybrids is the key technical aspects to achieve a new plant variety protection and commercial hybrid seeds production, also play an important impact to economic and social benefits during agricultural production. The present paper summarizes applications in recent years about identification crop hybrids purity with DNA molecular marker technology, and a detailed analysis of the characteristics of RAPD,SSR, AFLP, SARP, In Del and SNP molecular markers techniques. DNA molecular marker techniques show a broad application prospects on the purity testing crop hybrid seeds.
