摘要 在中国企业中,人力资源战略与领导效能的各个方面如组织承诺、工作满意感和组织绩效存在着显著的关系。不同组织体制的企业在两者的关系上表现出差异性。 Human resource strategy is significantly linked to many aspects of leadership validity such as organization commitment;job satisfaction,and organization performance.The enterprises with different organizational structure differ greatly in the relationships between them.
