Management on Base Construction of Agricultural Research Institutions

基地建设项目的实施已经成为科研单位一项非常重要的工作,尤其是试验基地的建设为农业科研的发展提供了基础保障。本文对农业基地建设项目管理存在的问题进行简要分析,同时对科研单位如何进一步做好农业基地建设项目提出若干建议。

The implementation of base construction project has become a very important work of agriculture research institutions, which provides a basic guarantee for development of agricultural scientific research. The paper briefly analyzed the management problems of the project, at the same time, and puts forward some measures which to further promote the project are suggested.
