摘要
铝电解过程中氧化铝的溶解过程是非常复杂的物理化学反应过程,为深入研究氧化铝颗粒溶解过程,本文建立了氧化铝颗粒溶解的传质控制模型以及收缩核模型,并基于OPENFOAM开源软件平台通过自编程开发氧化铝颗粒溶解计算模块,对50μm、100μm和200μm三种粒径氧化铝颗粒溶解计算并进行比较验证。模拟结果表明:氧化铝颗粒质量溶解速率随颗粒粒径的减小而减小,对于1mm结块氧化铝颗粒,其在20s左右溶解了50%的质量,在60s左右溶解了90%的质量,剩余10%的质量直到126s才全部溶解。
The dissolution of alumina is a very complex course of physical chemical reaction. In order to further study the process of alumina particles dis- solution, mass transfer control model and shrinking core model of alumina particles dissolution were established. Open - source software OPENFOAM was used to develop the calculation module, the dissolution time of alumina particles with diameters of 50μm, 100 μm and 200 μm were compared with the relat- ed literatures,which agreed well with the experimental data. The research suggested that the dissolution rate of alumina particles decreased with the de- crease of the particle size. For the agglomerate alumina particlecd with diameter of 1 mm, the mass quantity had been dissolved by 50% at around 20s, and 90% at around 50% while the remaining 10% were fully dissolved until 126s.
