摘要 通过极限氧指数(LOI)测定、垂直燃烧实验和锥型量热分析研究了N-六羟甲基氨基环三磷腈(HHMAPT)对纸的阻燃作用。结果表明:HHMAPT对针叶木纸板具有良好的阻燃效果,当添加量为4.5%时,阻燃纸的LOI高达34.9%,阻燃等级达难燃级别,HHMAPT阻燃纸板试样点燃之后热释放速率增加比较缓慢,质量损失变慢,完全燃烧所需时间延长,最高热释放速率、平均热释放速率、平均有效燃烧热和总热释放量明显下降,且随HHMAPT添加量的增加愈明显。热重和残余物分析结果表明,HHMAPT主要是通过凝聚相机理产生阻燃作用,HHMAPT热解形成的磷酸类化合物促进了纸的脱水和成炭,形成的膨胀性炭层通过隔热、隔氧和阻止分解产物挥发而产生阻燃作用。 The flame retardancy of hexahydroxymethylamidocyclotriphosphazene (HHMAPT) on the paper was studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) measurement, vertical burning and cone calorimeter test (CCT). The results showed that HHMAPT had a good flame retardancy on the softwood paperboard. When the loading of HHMAPT was 4.5% based on the total weight of the composite, the LOI of the flame retardant paper could be up to 34.9% and the paper belonged to the grade with difficulty to burn. The heat release rate, maximum heat release rate, average heat release rate , average effective heat and total heat release of combustion of the flame retarded paper reduced significantly , and the mass reduced slowly , the time required for ignition and complete combustion was increased compared with softwood paperboard, which was more obvious when the amount of HHMAPT increased. The thermogravimetric results and the analysis of the residues obtained in CCT indicated that HHMAPT played a flame retardancy mainly by condensed phase mechanisms, where HHMAPT could be pyrolyzed into phosphoric compounds which promoted the dehydration and carbonization of softwood board, and the formed intumescent layer resulted in a flame retardancy by the barrier effect on heat , air and other volatiles.
