摘要
纳米淀粉具有来源广泛、可再生、无毒、可生物降解、生物相容性好及纳米粒子效应等众多优点,在纳米复合材料、生物医药、轻工、化工等领域有着重要的潜在应用价值,是纳米科技领域研究的热点之一。本文对纳米淀粉的制备方法和应用进行了综述,介绍了酸水解法、机械研磨法、高压均质法、沉淀法、反相微乳液法、反应挤出法及新近出现的超声波法、生物酶处理法、碱冷冻法和细乳液法,简要介绍了目前报道的纳米淀粉改性方法,阐述了其作为纳米复合材料填充剂、医药载体、造纸涂料胶粘剂和颗粒乳化剂等在相关行业的应用,最后对纳米淀粉未来的研究发展进行了展望。
Being abundant, renewable, non - toxic, biodegradable, biocompatible and nanometer scale, nano - starch has great application potential in various fields such as nanocomposite material, bio -medicine, light industry, chemical industry, and is one of the hottest research areas in nanotechnology. The preparation methods and application of nano - starch were reviewed in this paper, emphasizing on acid hydrolysis, grinding, high pressure homogenization, precipitation, reverse mieroemulsion, reactive extrusion and the latest ultrasonic, biological enzyme treatment, alkali freezing and miniemulsion method. Public reported modification measures of nano - starch were introduced, and also its usage as nanocomposite material filler, medicine carrier, paper coating adhesive, and particle emulsifier. Furthermore, the future development was predicted.
