摘要
本文综述了淀粉改性的四种方法的特点和应用,即物理改性、化学改性、酶法改性(生物改性)和复合改性,以及改性淀粉产品在制浆造纸工业中的应用,他们通常被用作表面施胶剂、湿部添加剂、涂布胶黏剂和层间增强剂,改性淀粉具有高效、环保、低成本的优点,应用前景十分广阔。
This paper reviews the characteristics and application of four methods of starch modification, which are physical modification, chemical modification, enzymatic modification (biological modification) and composite modification. Modified starch products are usually used as surface sizing agent, wet end additive, coating adhesive and inter layer reinforcing agent in pulp and paper industry. The products which are effective, environmental and cheap have a very broad application prospects.
