采用灰色聚类分析方法对河南省的18个城市小康社会的发展水平进行了评价、分析、聚类排序,建立较为全面的小康社会发展水平评价体系,旨在为河南省小康社会建设提供决策依据.

This paper first proposes an evaluation system of the development of well-off society. Then it evaluates and analyzes the development of well-off society in 18 cities in Henan province based on gray cluster analysis. The findings can provide references for decision-making in constructing well-off society in Henan province.
