摘要 建立了聚氯乙烯(PVC)基木塑复合材料单螺杆挤出机熔融输送段不同螺槽深度的三维模型,使用网格重叠技术得到其网格文件。以PVC木塑复合材料为原料,根据流变实验结果,通过Polymat拟合得到物料的黏度模型参数,最后使用Polyflow软件进行数值模拟。结果表明,螺槽深度越浅,熔体热量的传递效果越好,速度流场波动越小,但是压力流场波动越大。 This paper established the three-dimension model of different depth of spiral groove of the melt conveying section of a single screw extrusion machine for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based wood-plastic, and got the mesh file by mesh superposition technique. With the PVC based wood plastic as the raw material and based on rheological experimental results of the material, viscosity model parameters were obtained by Polymath fitting. Finally the numerical simulation was carried out using Polyflow software. The results showed that the smaller the screw groove, the better the heat transfer and the smaller the velocity flow fluctuation, but the greater the pressure flow fluctuation.
