摘要
分析了一种由曲柄滑块结构构成的全电动注塑机射胶系统。设计试验,将该曲柄滑块射胶系统与滚珠丝杠射胶系统的成型性能进行了对比。结果表明:曲柄滑块射胶系统的注射和保压响应时间要优于滚珠丝杠射胶系统。但是由于曲柄滑块结构的特点,其响应过程具有强烈的非线性,亟待针对其结构特点优化相应的控制方法。
This paper analysed the injection system consisting of crank-slide structure of all-electric molding machine. Experiments were designed to compare molding performances of the crank-slide injection system and that of the ball-screw injection system. The results showed that the response time of injection and packing of crank-slide injection system were better than that of ball-screw injection system. However, the response process in the crank-slide injection system was non-linear on accounts of the structure characteristics. Thus the corresponding control strategy for the crank-slide structure needs to be optimized.
