摘要 大气环境问题日益严重,在烟尘治理中袋式除尘越来越占居主导地位。为有效保证高温烟气除尘效果,降低成本,从温度控制、清灰机制、压力调控等方面进行研究。鉴于除尘参数复杂多变、工况波动大,将现代控制理论应用于袋式除尘器中。结合除尘经验,改进隶属度函数,设计除尘器温度模糊控制器。通过对现场数据的采集和分析,对比控制结果。应用表明:模糊温度控制方法和联合清灰机制在袋式除尘器控制中具有良好的效果。 With the atmospheric environment problem increasingly serious,bag house dusting plays a central role in smoke and dust treatment.In order to ensure dusting results by high temperature fume and cut costs,the paper studies the key techniques of bag house of temperature control,cleaning mechanism,pressure regulation and so on.In view of the fact that the parameters of bag house are complex and the working condition fluctuates severely, modern control theory is applied in bag dusting technology.Based on the dusting experience,the membership function is improved,and the temperature fuzzy controller for dust collector is designed,and through collecting and analyzing of field data,the control results are compared.The results show that the temperature fuzzy control method and the multidimensional cleaning mechanism have good control effect in bag house dusting.
