The fine management is very important in the general contracting project signing contract.The design institute has a unique advantage in the engineering overall contract,this paper analysis the processes in the overall contract signing,equipment procurement contract signing,sub contract signing,in which several details should be treated carefully.It is suggested that design level and site fine management of overall contracting.
