摘要
越南沿海二期660 MW火电项目燃煤为高挥发分煤,煤源相对稳定。通过分析燃料的着火特性、燃尽特性及结渣特性,对该项目采用等离子体点火系统、取消燃油系统、建设无燃油电厂的可行性进行研究。经估算,取消燃油系统并安装等离子体点火系统后,每台机组试运行期间可节省费用2 650万元。
The coal for Duyen Hai II Coal-fired Power Plant in Vietnam is higher volatile coal,and the coal supply is relative stable. Based on analysis of the burning characteristics,the burnout characteristics and the slagging characteristics of the coal,the feasibility to apply the plasma ignition system,to cancel the fuel oil system and to construct oil-free coal-fired power plant is researched. Based on estimation,after the fuel oil system was cancelled and the plasma ignition system was installed,the cost of one unit during commissioning period can be reduced by 26. 5 millions Yuan.
