利用信息不对称理论对国内大型钢铁工程公司向生产运营服务领域转型的必要性、转型困难的深层次原因进行了全新分析和诠释,并针对性的提出了推进向生产运营服务转型的具体措施建议.在此基础上构建了国内大型钢铁工程公司转型成为集设计、工程总承包、运营服务为一体的综合信息提供者的转型理念.

The necessity and difficulty of transition to operation service of large domestic steel engineering company was an- alyzed based on the asymmetric information theory. On this basis some suggestions were proposed. In addition a new transi- tion concept of large domestic steel engineering company was built.
