摘要
结合国内外移动参考咨询服务的发展沿革,基于参考咨询服务的内涵,建立移动参考咨询服务需求的访谈框架。以华南师范大学图书馆为样本馆,以25名读者为样本对象,采用访谈法对移动参考咨询服务的读者需求进行调查。研究发现,样本读者更关注移动参考咨询在服务方式上的方便性、服务提供上的主动性以及服务内容上的实用性。最后,提出高校图书馆移动参考咨询服务应以移动校园为契机、加强主动营销以及创新特色项目等对策。
Combining with the development of the mobile reference service at home and abroad,based on the connotation of the reference service,the mobile interview framework of mobile reference service requirements was set up. Taking South China Normal University library as a sample and 25 readers as the object of interview,the interview method was adopted to investigate the reader demand of mobile reference service. The study found that readers pay more attention to mobile reference convenience、content and practical. Finally,the author put forward that the mobile reference service in university library should take mobile campus as an opportunity to strengthen the initiative marketing and the countermeasure of innovation characteristic project.
