摘要
提出了文献传递满足率的概念,分析了文献传递申请无法满足的原因,并提出了提高文献传递满足率的对策。
The article presents the concept of the satisfied rate of document delivery service,analyzes the reason that document delivery request cannot be satisfied,and puts forward the ways to raise the satisfied rate of document delivery service.
