摘要
根据近年从进口矿砂截获的疫情数据和典型案例,分析了进口矿砂疫情携带和监管存在的检疫风险,并从疫情防控意识和监管依据、风险分析和分类管理、监管规范和防控措施及技术研究和能力提升等方面探讨了进口矿砂检疫监管的应对措施。
According to the recent epidemics data and typical case from the imported ore, this article analysed the quarantine risks of the carrier and supervision of plant epidemics from the imported ore. The quarantine supervision countermeasures of the imported ores were also discussed from four aspects：the consciousness of epidemic prevention and regulation basis, risk analysis and classification management, regulations and measures, the technological researches and ability promotion.
