摘要
目的：研究丹参川芎嗪对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响。方法选择2009年10月～2010年4月入我院的急性心肌梗死患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组均予冠心病二级预防用药，实验组应用丹参川芎嗪14d，测量应用前后左室舒张期内径（LVEDD）和左室射血分数（LVEF），进行统计学检验。结果实验组较对照组，左室内径和左室射血分数明显改善（P＜0.05）。结论丹参川芎嗪能改善急性心肌梗死患者的心脏功能。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin on cardic function of patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.MethodsPatients from October 2009 to June 2010 with AMI were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The two groups were received regular drugs. In addition, the treatment group intravenously received Danshen Chuanxiongqin for 14 days.ResultsPatients received Danshen Chuanxiongqin obtained favourable EF and less LVEDD.Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin can benefit to cardiac function with AMI.
