逍遥丸联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of Carefree pill combined sertraline treatment of melancholia

目的对逍遥丸联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症临床疗效进行观察分析。方法 112例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例。其中对照组患者给予舍曲林进行治疗,治疗组患者给予舍曲林基础上予以逍遥丸进行治疗,疗程6周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、愈显率以及总有效率对两组患者在基线及治疗第2周末、第4周末、第6周末进行评定,以评价联合逍遥丸对抗抑郁药舍曲林的临床增效作用。结果两组患者经不同治疗后,与治疗前相比,两组患者HAMD评分均显著下降(P<0.05),但较之于对照组,治疗组患者治疗后的HAMD总分具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组经不同治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组总有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。结论逍遥丸联合舍曲林能够快速、有效地增强抗抑郁药舍曲林的临床疗效,改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Carefree pill combined with sertraline in the treatment of melancholia.Methods 112 patients with melancholia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with sertraline, while which in treatment group were treated with Carefree pill combined sertraline, with the course of 6 weeks. To assess Hamilton Depression scale（HAMD）, cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate, and total effective rate between the two groups at baseline, 2nd weekend, 4th weekend, 6th weekend, in order to evaluate the clinical synergism of Carefree Ppill combined sertraline in the treatment of melancholia.Results HAMD scores of the two groups after different treatments were significant decline than which before treatment（P〈0.05）, while the differences of HAMD scores after treatment between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. After different treatments, the cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate, and the total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than which in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carefree pill combined sertraline in the treatment of melancholia could fleetly and effectively strengthen the clinical effect, could improve the clinical synergism, is worthy of clinical popularization.
