39例糖尿病患者社区护理的应用效果

Application of community care in 39 cases with diabetes

目的：探讨社区护理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2010年3月～2014年3月本社区门诊收治的78例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和研究组，各39例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上采用社区护理，对比两组患者血糖控制情况和遵医行为、护理满意度等。结果治疗后，研究组患者的血糖控制水平明显优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者遵医行为达标率94.9％、护理满意度97.3％，明显高于对照组的64.1％、69.2％，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区护理对糖尿病患者的血糖水平具有良好的控制作用，提高患者的治疗依从性和满意度，值得临床选择和使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of community care applications in diabetic patients.Methods 78 cases of diabetic patients treated in this community clinics from March 2010 to March 2014 were randomly divided into a control group and a research group, 39 patients in each group, the control group received routine care, the research group further received community care, blood glucose control and compliance behavior, care and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, glycemic control in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; compliance rate of compliance behavior （94.9%） and care satisfaction （97.3%） in the study group was significantly higher than the those in the control group （64.1%, 69.2%）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Community Care on blood glucose levels in diabetic patients with good control, and improve compliance and satisfaction of patient, is worthy of selection and use.
