CK19、TPO蛋白表达在甲状腺乳头状癌病理诊断中的意义

目的探讨CK19、TPO蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达情况及临床诊断意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测54例甲状腺乳头状癌及56例伴有乳头状增生的甲状腺良性病变(结节性甲状腺肿30例、甲状腺腺瘤26例)组织中CK19、TPO蛋白的表达。结果 CK19蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阳性表达率为100.00%,在甲状腺良性病变中的阳性表达率为8.93%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TPO蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阴性表达率为90.74%,在甲状腺良性病变中的阴性表达率为12.50%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CK19、TPO蛋白作为标志物联合应用,对甲状腺乳头状癌与良性病变的诊断及鉴别具有重要价值。

Objective To detect the pathological diagnosis value of CK19 and TPO expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The protein expression of CK19、TPO in 54 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 56 cases of thyroid benign lesions with papillary hyperplasia （30 multinodular goiters, 26 follicular adenomas） were detected by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe positive rate of protein expression of CK19 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was 100.00%, while in thyroid benign lesions was 8.93%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; The negative rate of protein expression of TPO in papillary thyroid carcinoma was 90.74%, while in thyroid benign lesions was 12.50%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined application of immunohistochemical staining of CK19 and TPO is a potential method to differentiate papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign lesions.
