组织多普勒Tei指数对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者右室功能的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的使用组织多普勒Tei指数对COPD患者右室功能进行评价,探讨Tei指数与不同程度COPD患者肺功能的相关性。方法选取91例确诊COPD患者按肺功能分为A组(轻度)、B组(中度)、C组(重度)、D组(极重度)四组,同时选健康对照组28例,进行常规二维超声心动图检查,组织多普勒法测定各组右室Tei指数。结果与对照组比较,实验各组COPD患者Tei指数增高,差异有统计学意义;COPD患者的Tei指数与FEV1%和FEVl/FVC肺功能指标有明显相关性;C组、D组右心形态发生变化,D组更显著,A组、B组右心形态无明显变化。结论 COPD患者右心室整体功能受损,右心室Tei指数与肺功能指标相关性较高,因此Tei指数在COPD患者的右心室功能评价中应用前景广阔。 Objective To study evaluation function of Tei index for right heart function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and explore the realationship between the Tei index and the lung function of COPD patients.Methods 91 cases with COPD and 28 cases of healthy people were chose as test and control group, COPD cases were divided into four groups according to the pulmonary function test:group A(mild), B(moderate), group C( severe), group D (greatly severe),ultrasonic inspection and Tei index were measured.Results Compared with control group, the Tei index of test group was higher, and the difference has statistical significant difference; FEV1 and FEV1/FVC are significantly associated with RV function index; The RV morphology of group C and group D changed, group A and group B had no distinct change.Conclusion Tei index can reflect patients RV function and can be used as a sensitive evaluation.
