随着医疗行业的发展,医院只有不断提高工作效率,降低自身的运行成本,才能获得更好的发展前景。我院从2007年开始,把门诊药房和急诊药房组合成一个整合式的药房。从开始的紧张忙碌,到如今井然有序,提高了药房的管理水平及工作效率,降低了医院的运行成本。药学人员由原来的以药品为中心逐渐向以患者为中心转变。

With the development of the medical profession, the hospital should continue improving efficiency, and reducing their operating costs, in order to obtain better prospects for development. The outpatient pharmacies and emergency pharmacies integrated were combined into a pharmacy in our hospital since 2007. From the beginning, now in order, the management level and efficiency pharmacy were improved, reduced operating costs of the hospital. Pharmacy staff increased from the center to the drug gradually to patient-centered change.
