海绵体神经损伤导致阴茎勃起功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 神经性勃起功能障碍(erectile eysfunction,ED)是成年男性常见的疾病之一,海绵体神经(cavernous nerves,CN)损伤性是其发生的常见病因。近年来,随着临床上各种盆腔手术(如前列腺癌、膀胱癌、直肠癌根治术等)、放疗和经尿道手术等手术的增加,医源性海绵体神经损伤也逐渐增多。尽管采用了避免CN损伤(如保留CN的根治术等)的手术方法,术后勃起功能障碍仍是影响患者术后生活质量的重要原因。
