限制性心肌病1例报告

摘要 淀粉样变心肌病是淀粉样蛋白质沉积在心肌组织内所致的心肌功能紊乱,使心脏僵硬,可造成明显的心脏收缩和舒张功能障碍。本病在临床表现及体征上缺乏特异性,早期诊断较困难,故易被误诊为肥厚型心肌病、扩张型心肌病、冠心病或限制性心肌病等。一旦发展为心力衰竭,提示心脏病变较重。因此,早期识别和诊断心肌淀粉样变性具有实际价值和意义。
