随着科学技术的快速发展,产品的研发、生产和销售都伴随着新技术成果的采用,必须要以技术上的统一和管理上的协调为前提,而实施标准化管理正是协调和统一的手段。标准化能够发展关键技术,促进技术升级,树立品牌形象,推进科学管理。因此,企业需要在管理、技术和生产流程三个方面构建体系、制定标准并付诸实施,从而提升企业核心竞争力。
With the rapid development of science and technology, research and development, production and sales are required to adopt new technologies.
